Jim started working in the aviation industry in 1989. Ten years later, with a desire to promote great customer service and exceed expectations, Jim launched Artemis Aerospace.
Jim oversees the management of all customer accounts, and directs Artemis’ strategic and business development. His constant drive ensures that quality control and customer service at Artemis is always outstanding.
Finance Director / Founder and Owner
Deborah’s career began in advertising and marketing, holding front line roles in the business travel market with clients including London City Airport, Shannon Airport, Jersey European, Icelandair and AB Airlines.
Using their extensive combined knowledge of the aviation world, Deborah and Jim launched Artemis, with Deborah taking on the role of Finance Director. Regularly dealing with financial queries from suppliers, partners, and customers alike, her unrelenting precision and friendly approach means she always goes the extra mile for every customer.
Dan manages Artemis’ global customer base of simulator manufacturers and flight training facilities.
He has considerable experience in project managing the build of new simulators and supporting our customers to ensure their operations are optimised. He’s proud to work with all the global market leaders in this sector.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Adam is the backbone of the day-to-day running of Artemis.
As well as coordinating sales and purchasing operations, he has expertise in logistics and IT. He keeps everything going and ensures that the business runs efficiently and productively. Such is his reputation that when there is a problem, you will often hear ‘get Adam on it’.
Beth joined Artemis straight from British Airways, taking the role of sales manager.
An excellent communicator, Beth works with our aircraft lessor customers on return to service projects and has wider responsibilities for sales and purchasing.
A former air force and airline pilot, Andre joined the Artemis team as logistics manager.
Responsible for ensuring warehouse compliance with company policies, quality regulations and the integrity of inventory accuracy, Andre also oversees all inspection processes at Goods In and Despatch.
Sales and Customer Service Manager
Lucy works in the aircraft leasing department and has years of previous aviation experience managing large accounts.
Calm under pressure with an instinctive ability to get jobs turned around in super-quick time, Lucy is an extremely safe pair of hands for our customers.
After working in fashion and running an audio/visual equipment business, Emma joined Artemis as our sales administrator.
Warm, bubbly, logical and great with people, Emma is the ideal ally for ensuring the team remains organised and operating at its optimum level.
Sales and Customer Service Manager
Anton provides solutions and customer service for our expanding aircraft leasing and asset management client base.
Eight years in the industry have honed his exemplary communication and problem-solving skills, and he’s a cool head under pressure whenever one is needed. Experienced and enthusiastic, Anton helps the team to exceed expectations.
Sales Support and Logistics Executive
We snapped Leah up straight from college, where she gained a qualification in Media Production and Technology (Games Development) as well as undertaking work experience as a vehicle mechanic.
She’s so useful that we’ve allocated her to two departments, sales and logistics; she can quote, pick, pack and track components, organise the administration and paperwork with faultless precision and still be smiling at the end of the day!
