Jim Scott
Jim started working in the aviation industry in 1989. Ten years later, with a desire to promote great customer service and exceed expectations, Jim launched Artemis Aerospace.
Jim oversees the management of all customer accounts, and directs Artemis’ strategic and business development. His constant drive ensures that quality control and customer service at Artemis is always outstanding.
Deborah Scott
Finance Director / Founder and Owner
Deborah’s career began in advertising and marketing, holding front line roles in the business travel market with clients including London City Airport, Shannon Airport, Jersey European, Icelandair and AB Airlines.
Using their extensive combined knowledge of the aviation world, Deborah and Jim launched Artemis, with Deborah taking on the role of Finance Director. Regularly dealing with financial queries from suppliers, partners, and customers alike, her unrelenting precision and friendly approach means she always goes the extra mile for every customer.
Dan Frith
Dan manages Artemis’ global customer base of simulator manufacturers and flight training facilities.
He has considerable experience in project managing the build of new simulators and supporting our customers to ensure their operations are optimised. He’s proud to work with all the global market leaders in this sector.
Tom Shadbolt
Adam Murray
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Adam is the backbone of the day-to-day running of Artemis.
As well as coordinating sales and purchasing operations, he has expertise in logistics and IT. He keeps everything going and ensures that the business runs efficiently and productively. Such is his reputation that when there is a problem, you will often hear ‘get Adam on it’.
Beth Wright
Sales Manager
Beth joined Artemis straight from British Airways, taking the role of sales manager.
An excellent communicator, Beth works with our aircraft lessor customers on return to service projects and has wider responsibilities for sales and purchasing.
Andre Viljoen
Logistics Manager
A former air force and airline pilot, Andre joined the Artemis team as logistics manager.
Responsible for ensuring warehouse compliance with company policies, quality regulations and the integrity of inventory accuracy, Andre also oversees all inspection processes at Goods In and Despatch.
Pawel Asha
Director of Data and Quality
As Director of Data and Quality, Pawel is passionate about operational excellence, and his analytical skills and attention to detail are perfect qualities for the job. Maximum efficiency is his goal, and nothing escapes his notice in the drive for achieving the best for our clients – put a complex problem in front of him and he relishes sorting it out.
When he’s not focusing on innovative solutions, he likes spending quality time with his wife, dog and cat, travelling, socialising, DIY, cooking great cuisine and enjoying the results!
Jamie Templeton
Account Manager
Jamie’s background in the aviation support industry gives him an ideal base on which to continue building his career. He applied to join Artemis after being impressed with our service and reputation and is delighted to be a member of the team, making sure our clients have everything they need exactly when they need it.
Outside the office, Jamie takes to the football field, plays chess and, as a digital music graduate, enjoys putting together his own compositions.
Sam Jackson
Account Manager
After working for probation services in a men’s prison, Sam is adept at dealing with difficult situations, handling the unexpected and quickly solving problems.
Calm under pressure with razor-sharp focus, Sam elegantly and efficiently overcomes any work-related conundrum that comes her way.
When Sam isn’t supporting her customers, she can be found out and about walking her dog, rocking her socks off at music festivals, taking in the landscape on long road trips or experiencing the thrills of horror fiction.
Alex Ball
Logistics and Stores Assistant
Alex’s wide experience of warehouse quality, component sales and repair & overhaul makes her the ideal combination as our woman on the ground! Precise and always perfectly poised to undertake whatever task is assigned to her, Alex is a fully licenced forklift operator who never sits still for long.
During her downtime, Alex can be found enjoying a pint in the pub with her husband or rambling rugged highways and byways with her dog. She’s also a keen DIYer with a natural talent for repairing, renovating, and rearranging.
Annie Evans
Finance Manager
Numbers ace Annie has twenty years’ experience in payroll and accounts for a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing and retail. With a keen interest in military planes and gliders, she felt working with an aviation company was the perfect fit!
When Annie’s not balancing the books at Artemis, she will usually be found pulling on her hiking boots for long rambles in the countryside, reading crime thriller books and working on her latest cross stitching project.
Lauren Gordon
Junior Account Manager
Before joining Artemis, Lauren spent five years working in procurement in the aviation industry. After taking a short career break to focus on raising her children, she wanted to return to the industry, but with a new focus.
She was drawn to Artemis for the opportunity to delve into flight simulator support and the chance to take on a more varied role within aviation.
Outside work, Lauren loves spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, running through the countryside and working towards her next kickboxing belt.
